Every YOAKE piece is made in a small numbered run and never restocked. When it's gone from the shop, this is where it lives on. Buy and sell between registered members, with secure card checkout and sellers paid straight to their bank.

Selling
List it
- Register and confirm your email.
- Pick the YOAKE piece, add photos of your own item (label and number included), size, condition and price.
- We check every listing before it goes live.
- Set up payouts once with Stripe, our payments partner. It takes a few minutes.
Sold
Post it
- We email you the buyer's address the moment it sells.
- Post it within 3 days with a tracked service.
- Add the tracking number in My account.
- You're paid when the buyer confirms it's arrived, or automatically 14 days after posting if they don't report a problem.
Fees
Simple
- Free to register, free to list.
- YOAKE takes 10% of the item price when it sells. That's it.
- Postage is paid by the buyer and goes to you in full.
- Buyers pay by card through Stripe. Sellers never see card details and buyers never see bank details.
YOAKE Resale terms
- You must be 18 or over and registered to buy or sell. One account per person.
- Only genuine YOAKE pieces can be listed, and only by the person who owns them. Photos must show the actual item, including its label or number. Listings that don't meet this are removed.
- YOAKE runs the marketplace and takes payment on the seller's behalf through Stripe. Sales are between the buyer and the seller, who is a private individual. Shop returns and the shop refund policy don't apply to resale items.
- Sellers must describe the condition honestly and post within 3 days of the sale with a tracked service. If an item isn't posted, the buyer is refunded in full.
- Buyers can report a problem from My account within 14 days of the item being posted. The seller's payment is held while we look into it. If an item isn't as described or doesn't arrive, we can refund the buyer.
- YOAKE's fee is 10% of the item price, taken when the item sells. Stripe pays the rest, plus postage, to the seller's bank. Sellers are responsible for any tax on their own sales.
- We can remove listings or close accounts that break these terms, including fakes, misleading listings and trying to take sales off the site.
- Your details are used only to run your account, your sales and purchases. Stripe handles card and bank details and identity checks for payouts. Questions: hello@yoake.co.uk.
